Refund policy

1:1 coaching, month to month ($199/month)

Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No contract, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.

Give notice any day: email support@bearstrengthfit.com or text "cancel" to 507-206-7208.
Your subscription runs 30 days from the day we receive notice. One final payment may fall inside that window.
Full coaching continues through the whole notice period.
After the final day it stops automatically. Nothing renews.
If you give notice within 48 hours of a payment and no coaching has been delivered in that cycle, that payment is refunded in full and your account closes right away.
We confirm every cancellation the same day.

Month to month: freeze for $15 a month instead of $199.
Medical reason: the $15 fee is waived for a documented medical reason. Max reviews each request and may ask for documentation.
Paid in full: freezing is free, and the time you're frozen is added to the end of your 12 months.
How long: up to 60 days at a time, once a year. A medical freeze can run longer if Max approves it.

1:1 coaching, paid in full (12 months), $2,000: full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, a pro-rata refund of unused whole months, with months used charged at the $199 monthly rate. Example: cancel after 4 months, and $2,000 - $796 = $1,204 is refunded.
Bear Strength 12-Week Personalized Plan, $99: full refund within 14 days if your plan hasn't been downloaded. Once downloaded, no refund.
The Cub Split, $4.99: no refund; it's delivered instantly.
The Bear Minimum, free: nothing to refund. Unsubscribe any time.

Programming already delivered to you is yours to keep.
Messaging access ends on your final day.
We delete your data on request: email support@bearstrengthfit.com.
Cancelling coaching doesn't unsubscribe you from training emails; use the unsubscribe link in any email.
